"I had high expectations for this all-inclusive hotel, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First, the room itself was unacceptable. It had a strong moldy smell that never went away, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. On top of that, one of the curtains was broken, which just added to the feeling that the room was poorly maintained and neglected. The AC doesn’t work properly. One night, a building alarm went off in the middle of the night and created a stressful situation. It took about 15 minutes for security to turn it off. There was no sense of urgency or communication with guests during this time. The overall service was also lacking. The majority of the staff appeared unhappy, rarely smiled, and did not create a welcoming atmosphere. It felt like guests were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Nataly was the ONLY 5 star employee that truly should be used as a model for ALL employees here. The food situation was equally underwhelming. The buffet served nearly identical food every single day, with only one or two items changing. Variety is expected at an all-inclusive resort, and this fell far short. The hibachi restaurant, Hitsimatsu, was particularly concerning. Not only do you have to make reservations, but they consistently run 20–30 minutes late and don’t follow their own fixed menu. More importantly, there were clear cross-contamination issues: the same utensils were used for cooked vegetables..."

"After staying at this facility over the weekend I would rate it a 6/10. I stayed in one of the suites which was nice and clean. Anyone traveling and staying there would just need to bring an adapter to be able to plug in there electronics for charging. My wifi and tv also either went in and out or just remained completely off (the last night). Luckily i was too tired to care anymore. I requested the VIP transfer from the airport. When i arrived no one was initially there waiting with a sign. Eventually i found someone and had to wait another 15-20 mins for my taxi. My VIP transfer did not seem worth the money since it was a regular SUV that included my driver vaping and eating while i prayed we get there safely. The food at the cabana was delicuous my first day but my last day it was terrible and it took forever to make ams receive. Some of the staff members are very friendly and go out there way to assist while others attempt to do as little as possible and not very helpful at all. "

"Room was clean and a great size. Staff was so friendly. Loved that each night they left a postcard and mints and if you weren't in the room they'd turn on lights so you don't come back to a dark room. I was close to the pool and took full advantage. Beach was also close with a restaurant, beach bar and playground. Would definitely recommend this to friends and family. Also loved the welcome drink. I also mentioned we were traveling for my bday and when we arrived had bday balloons and a card on the bed and on my actual bday got another card and 2 balloons deliveries."

"We had a great stay at this property. The rooms were clean. Shower was a little under the weather. We did have an issue with check in. It took 3 extra hours to get our room. Not ideal after a long travel day, but after that it was a very nice week. "

"the apartment is even more spacious than the pictures show. It's very well located, a short walk to the beach. It had a cone filter coffee machine and a Nespresso machine, a blender, a toaster, an oven that can also run as a microwave (read the documentation in the drawer), and even a foosball table! 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a safe and a lovely terrace overlooking Blue Bay. There is a nice pool reserved to people from the building. Each room had a working AC unit and each room had a walk-in closet with shelves."
