"Had a wonderful stay here. We requested an early check in and they accommodated us. Everything was perfect in the room — mattress was comfortable, heat/AC/hot water worked fine, coffee, tea, plates, and cups all provided. The location is an easy 15-20 min walk to downtown Sintra/National Palace, or a Bolt/Uber can get there in less than 5 euros. It was also within one block from a mini market which was super convenient to get water, snacks, and picnic lunch. "

"Stay was great, we were slightly delayed receiving the room but we were provided keys and our luggage was stored and put into the room for when we came back. Checkout was early so we were able to leave the keys on the counter and leave through the side door which locked behind us. Free parking was available in the lot across the street."
