"The staff was wonderful! Our host showed us to our room and made sure we knew how lights, heating and beautiful tvs worked! The rooms are stunning, you feel like you are in luxury with gilded tvs, marble floors and walls, bathrooms and tubs/showers incredible! Breakfast was made to order, the orange juice-fresh squeezed and fantastic! We had to leave early the last day and they prepared such wonderful snack boxes for us! A bonus was the wine tasting and cheese board offered at their sister hotel which as a short walk thru Sintra offering spectacular views of the city! The photos on the website are exactly what you walk into! One of the best places we’ve ever stayed! Amazing!!!! Would highly recommend!"

"An absolute gem in Sintra. A beautiful hotel, our room was stunning with an enormous bathroom. The bed was divine and the room was quiet and spotless. There is parking available (see photo). Staff were very friendly and welcoming and are incredibly hospitable and proud of the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic and it is in a convenient location. I loved this hotel."
