"Check in was quick and easy. All staff we encountered were lovely and friendly and smiley. The twin room was very large with 2 queen beds. The shower, nice pressure and hot. Air Con worked fine. The breakfast was nice. Plenty of pool lounges and pool was a great size. Totally walkable into town, a bit further to markets. As we have been before didnt bother going again. Beautiful well maintained gardens, We had zero problems during our one night stay before heading further afield in Samoa. I did read some reviews before booking and was a bit hesitant but since it was only for one night, I thought what the heck. So glad we did, the property is slighty tired in places but really no need to be concerned unless you are a total whinger with a zero factor life. When in Samoa again I will book again at the Tanoa. "Best place to stay in Samoa on Upolu. Staff are wonderful, can’t do enough to make you comfortable. We’ve stayed here before and have stayed at other resort on Upolu. We visited other top resorts for lunch and were so happy to return to Sinalei every day "

"We did have a silent night until the cleaners make noises but we told them it’s too noises outside while we try to take a nap but they answered back with nonsense behavior but my husband told her that he will inform the manager but she said go ahead. Poor service and unpleasant people need to hired people who know how to create people and welcome them with warmth welcome. But I hope this place will be better next time. "
