"The hotel is beautiful, but the staff make it fabulous. Felt very welcome and taken care of, from Yannis and Tina, to the housekeeping, to the breakfast workers. All had smiles and warmth. Thank you for a wonderful visit."

"Beautiful property. Away from the town, yet only 5 minutes away, which made it perfect. It was very clean and the room comfortable. The beds not so soft but it could be dealt with. Not all the staff was very friendly but those that were made up for everyone else. The spa was small but really good. Venia and Eli were great and so attentive to our needs. They do not offer hair services but when I told Vania I had a wedding to attend, she went above and beyond to make sure to do my hair. Overall I would give a 9 out of 10 and would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the staff that made our stay so great!!!"

"This is not really a hotel- it’s more like an Airbnb with an unresponsive host. Check in was inconvenient as when we arrived at 3pm there was no one at the property. I waited outside and finally happened to see a cleaning staff come to the locked gate. There was a language barrier or something as I felt as though I was doing something wrong when I was just trying to check in. The hotel itself was also very tricky to find and we had to ask several people on the street to find it. There is a very small sign outside the hotel. The WiFi didn’t work at all in our room and so I used up all my internet plan and pay for more usage, and my husband couldn't work from our room at all. Very inconvenient to say the least. The breakfast that was included was mediocre at best. Large portions but the food seemed to be cooked in too much of an oily fake butter. The loft part of our room would not cool down with the AC on. We had to buy a fan in order to be able to sleep. The one good thing about this place was the location - right in the center of the small town of Skala and the balcony view was lovely. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again. "

"Went from lassi to skala for a night with my wife to escape the kids and grandchildren the hotel owner met us there lovely guy very helpful, very clean and comfortable and price was good only downside i can say is because its an older hotel its a bit of an echo chamber and you can hear every bump and bang"
