"This was one of the best hotels Iโve ever stayed at. Everything is up to date, modern, and beautiful. Fun fact: I packed my own shampoo, conditioner, body wash and never actually used it during my stay because they have bottles provided to you. Iโm not talking the small one shower usage bottles. They had full sized bottles of incredible smelling things. Crabtree and Evelyn that I promptly purchased on my flight home. The bed was crisp and fluffy at the same time (as were the pillows) and everything was just so clean. I was not expecting a microwave, safe, mini fridge, 2 sinks, a couch, a full closet, and a desk in one room; paired with room for activities. Absolutely worth the money and I am going to be so excited to book here again while visiting Syracuse. Elevators were room key operated which added another layer of safety for a solo female traveler in a big city. It was quiet, I rarely heard any footsteps or people talking as they walked down the hall. OH ALSO- the TV was on a mount so you can turn it to have a good view on the screen for a late night Netflix binge. 10/10 would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"This hotel seems it is on its last legs. I stayed here twice within 8 days. Both times I had to wait for someone to show up to check me in. The restaurant is permanently closed. The few staff members are multitasking to the max. Building is not well maintained. I wonโt be staying here again."

"Having plates accessible in common space for guests for reheating/consuming microwaveable products would be nice. A choice of dark roast coffee or nighttime caffeine free tea is also something I would have appreciated! Otherwise the room was perfect!"
