"We were making a move from up state NY to Florida. I saw this was a pet friendly place to stay. Check in was easy and the staff were the BEST. They were so friendly and helpful. I was honest and told them I had a cat. The pet fee was only $10 for the night. When we got to our room, I had to use the bathroom and the toilet wouldn't flush. I walked back to the check in area and let the staff know. They immediately had someone come and fix the issue. Not the cleanest or nicest place I have ever...

"They had no one at office after a certain time, they did out our room key into a lock box with a combination code. Had trouble with door to get into room. Once we finally got in room was clean. No was wash rags (which was fine I bring my own) but the biggest issue I had was the AC did Not Work. We had to open the window (thank goodness it was a cool night instead of hot) and since one was in the office I couldn't even get someone to come fix our AC.
