Hotels near Sky Views Miami

"I understand your room not being ready, but to wait and hour in a half for a room is ridiculous. With no reinsurance and updates. You just have to wait. Room Doors don’t close, balcony was small then advertise. One of the rooms bathroom doors wouldn’t close. Shower heads had a lot of water stains. The couch was heavily stained. Over all had a terrible experience, maybe it was the room size but no excuse for horrible guest service "

"The hotel is very nice modern and clean. The location downtown is horrible. The restaurant was very short staff and only had one person waiting the bar and restauran, that poor lady. Not sure if the kitchen was short staff as well, but the pasta was very salty. Hotel does not have free parking and the parking garage is terrible, the elevator does not work and the stairs smells of urine. "

"They have free breakfast. Its ok. It doesn't have everything but enough to get you on you way. Waffles, sausage, potato wedge, bread, etc. The place was clean. The sign in desk isnt on the first floor but I think on the 6th. Since I was Hilton member they gave us free gifts at the desk, which was nice. Our room was clean but the walls were paper thin. You heard everyone going by like they were in the room with you. The shower pressure only worked during cold. So no warm showers. We had snacks in their lounge at night. Empanadas, coconut shrimp, and a brownbm that was supposedly going to be warm but took 20 mins to get to us and still was cold. They took it off the bill."

"We stood overnight in preparation for a cruise. The rooms were clean but very small. Overall Stay was pleasant but would not stay here more than one night. Close to stores, port of Miami and walking distance to park. "

"Late night check in and we were told there's self & valet parking but there wasn't any so we had driver around the blocks at midnight looking for street parking. Staff was not helpful with that one bit. Room was in good condition overall but no coffee pods in the room, stains on towels and no shower curtain in one of the bathrooms to take showers. Informed staff and they failed to do anything about it and stated no coffee available. Not worth the money IMHO. There are many other condo hotels to use then this ione. "
