"Reserved my room and paid also informed the front desk I’d be having a late check in. On arrival they told me they had sold my room. Gave me a cheap explanation as to why my room was sold t another guest. I’ll never book there again!!"

"It was a good stop over. Unfortunately I arrived at a late hour and was assigned a room which was a lot further out than I would have liked. One closer to the main would have beeen appreciated more. To the young lady at front desk who checked me out on my departure, thank you for your cheery and kind assistance. The staff helped when I got lost and I appreciated it."

"Spacious and clean property with lots of onsite activities and convenient access to offsite eateries. Loved the DryBar products in the bathroom and the complimentary Uber to the airport. Breakfast voucher and 6am meal access made it easy to grab a bit before catching an early flight. Overall wonderful experience. Front desk was professional and very accommodating."

"There was barely any toilet paper on the single roll left in bathroom with no new roll available, we had to go downstairs to front desk to request roll. They also don't provide handcloth/washrags. The "Clean" towels had multiple long hairs which I had to pick off before using."
