"This place was incredible, you have almost a 360 view of the city and surrounding mountains. The room was super clean and cozy, I was very comfortable. It’s in walking distance of everything. Lucio was awesome, the hospitality was great."

"The hotel is comparable to a Motel 6 in North America with the addition of an excellent breakfast, airport pickup service, and helpful staff who speak adequate (for Bulgaria) English. This is also the closest hotel to the Sofia Airport. I booked there twice. I would recommend for business travel, due to its proximity to the airport and rental car agencies. Adequate three-year hotel."
"I had a late check in but managed a good night's sleep. Breakfast was sufficient and the place was quiet despite being very c.ose to the station, main road, etc. The air conditioning was a bit noisy."
"It was nice, but we did have trouble with the hot water. The location was good for getting to the train station and the historical sites. Overall, it was very good."
"The staff was absolutely incredible, my whole experience at this property was great ! I checked in with Nikolay and he was the most patient, helpful and kind front desk person and the next day was this nice lady behind the desk , who let me keep my luggage in one of the meeting rooms after I checked out, so I can visit few museums before I leave! Breakfast was great , everything was so delicious and large variety of food as well, breakfast lady helpful and kind ! Just feeling lucky overall to find this place and will definitely go back any chance I got to spend in Sofia!
Thank you Hotel Via Serdika !"
