"Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind."

"Noisiest hotel I have stayed in ever.Outdoor market nearby sets up at 4.45 every morning, people shouting, cars snd bikes constantly hooting horns.The 3rd night the market set up was 3am.The single glazed windows that have broken locks and do not close properly do help help the noise. Forget about the "Free Breakfast" fruit juice, limited fruit and eggs fried untill inedible with bread and butter served in a bleak cold restaurant. The noise is allday long."

"We had a great stay here! The staff were fantastic and the villa was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing missing was warmer weather so we could enjoy the pools more but that is not the hotel’s fault that we had bad timing and came when it was cold out. We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. "

"First I must say the negatives here are minor and the customer service was most definitely 5 stars. Quick with the negatives; housekeeping put a torn sheet on the bed. Pet peeve of mine I hate to see. There is no shower stall but a large tub almost 3 feet deep. Treacherous to get in and out of; no shower curtain; room gets flooded and the floor is slick; not a fan.
