"The ship is definitely older but functional. Friendly staff and helpful. Bring water as they charge for it through the cruise (all beverages are for sale). They need to improve their timetable as all boats are trying to do the same activities at the same time leading to the sites being extremely crowded (the second morning the sites were empty!). Overall worth it but if I was to go again, I would do a longer cruise or a day cruise."

My original departure was cancelled due to tropical storm but they contacted me, arranged a new date that suited me and helped me sort my transport to and from Halong (from Hanoi and to Ninh Binh)"

"The cruise and staff were wonderful. The pickup and drop off to Hanoi hotel is an extra $50, but I believe this is normal. Be advised though, stock up on water and drinks ahead of time, as all drinks, even water, is an additional cost once on board. Food (which was good) is included, but no beverages, not even water (which was a surprise), are included. "

"We had an amazing time on Rita Cruise, everything was well organised and Helen took care of us all time, she's been very helpfully and careering. If you can stay for 2 nights! The food was excellent and the drinks well priced and good!"
