"The place is right on the beach and the pool is lovely and so relaxing. The hotel is just far enough from all the noise, but a 5 minute walk to all the action near Rosa Negra. The staff bends over backwards to help you with whatever you need. We stayed in the Sueño Caribeño suite and it has a nice view of the ocean from both the room and the outside balcony. Just know that the balcony in that suite is outside of the room right by its front door, but it’s still quite private and two steps from the ocean."

"Samantha and the rest of the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The hotel is super cute with gorgeous plants, clean rooms, and a great spot on the beach. The Agave restaurant associated with the hotel was delicious. They have the tallest vantage point along the coast of Tulum so you can enjoy sunset over the trees and sunrise over the ocean. They also have a coffee service included where they bring you freshly roasted coffee and leave it outside your room at your desired time. Would definitely stay here again!"

"We took the partial view room which was really good for the view however the property is in dire need of maintenance with rusted plumbing in the bathroom. The rooms are super spacious and great to hang out. Would definitely visit the place again when in Tulum because of the view & the location"
