"The staff are incredibly patient, kind, and helpful. I feel bad writing this review, but it's a review of the place, not the staff. 1. I lost hot water three times in one week, including once for 24 hours. After the first time, they were diligent about fixing it, but it kept going out. After the third time, they offered to let me switch rooms, a downgrade from the sea view, and two free breakfasts. But when they showed me the new room, the hot water didn't work, so I declined the switch. 2. At the front desk, they advertise a fishing and snorkeling trip to Cabo Catoche, in which you also see flamingos. It was the most expensive trip offered. After the boat left the dock, the first mate announced that they couldn't guarantee snorkeling or flamingos, because it was the worst time of year for that. We skipped both. It was a six-hour fishing trip with ceviche for lunch, nothing else. I mentioned it to the front desk, but no refund or discount was offered. 3. In the photos, I saw hammocks over the ocean. They're gone."

"We stayed 6 nights. Had problems with toilet since we arrived. There is animal droppings in shower daily. No T.V in room. Daily breakfast was delicious. Distance from centro restaurants is far. 30 min walking but taxis available often 150 pesos each way to centro restaurants. Hammocks and beach area are beautiful. "
