"The guest farm property is very beautiful and the temperatures were cooler than Windhoek. We enjoyed walking to one of the rock pools for a swim in a wonderful natural setting, and walking to the lake on the property for birdwatching. Therefore, for dinner we went to the main lodge (at the fuel station, approx 6km from the Solitaire Desert Farm). The toaster for the bread was defect, made black tiles only...
