"The staff, Filomena, Maria and Eugenio were super friendly and helpful all the time.
The view is just amazing, just like the name of the B&B, a paradise. What was nice is that it is still a small hotel, which allows it to be very personal.
The pool was a definite asset, the rooms were very comfortable, and included a little kitchen. Breakfast, Italien style, was plentiful with lots of home-baked goods and stunning views.

"Wonderful and kind owners. Made me an espresso in the morning, with a lovely array of pastries. Great little spot conveniently near the Pompeii site."

"Beautiful stay at La Divina, spacious room, and easy to reach. Great location, stunning views, and the owner prepared us breakfast in the morning. She is very welcoming, and very helpful she recommended a great restaurant and made reservations for us she was great. Our room was ready early. "Emplacement idéal à Naples; personnel gentil mais lorsqu’on a demandé de réserver un resto pour nous ils nous ont dit de le faire nous même par Internet. Moins aimé : les draps étaient rugueux et pas de vrais kleenex dans la salle de bain , plutôt des mini kleenex ."
"We had the best stay ever. This was honestly the best place I’ve ever stayed and I’ve traveled a lot through the years. The hotel is beautiful and close to the port making everything you do easy and convenient. The staff is amazing helping you with anything, scheduling rides, tours, and they have a shuttle if you don’t want to walk to town. The pool is so nice and the beach area so fun swimming and jumping off into the ocean. They also have floats , snorkel stuff and the staff waits on you constantly bringing food , drinks or anything you need. The rooms were awesome with a balcony with a view and the food in the restaurants was also excellent. I will definitely be staying there again. Oh yes I forgot to mention the bed was amazing do comfy."
"Amazing staff, nice property. Breakfast was just ok. It's a bit out of town which is nice for some- the walk isn't bad but parts without sidewalks make it less safe at night.
Fitness facility is mediocre- very basic and no a/c until staff came in after 9am
Also nowhere to grab coffee or food before 7am which is challenging for jet lag/ early risers
Staff was very helpful and friendly!"
"The hotel is not in Sorrento, but they operate a shuttle bus hourly. If you’re looking for town centre location, this is not for you.
The hotel is set high above Sorrento and from the public spaces, commands sensational views across the Gulf of Naples, and an amazing view over Sorrento itself and Vesuvius! It’s a hard view to beat!
The hotel & rooms are spotlessly clean, the bar and terrace all have amazing views and the swimming pool is lovely, although was almost bath temperature whilst we were there so ideal.
We had partial sea view rooms with balcony on 1st floor (224 and 222 which our daughters had). The rooms really need updating as look very dated and the balcony and partial sea view were just not worth the extra money. Also no coffee/tea making facilities which is always a negative for me. However, beds were very comfortable and the rooms have AC.
Restaurant was very good, although we ate quite simply (ie pasta!) and the bar was great - hotel prices obviously. Breakfast was excellent. Same dining room as dinner and a lovely space to eat in.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and found the staff to be plentiful and universally excellent, in particular the receptionists.
Note on travel: it’s worth taking a taxi or using the hotel airport transfer service. Public transport looks good on paper, but the trains are rammed. We did a trip to Pompeii by train and it was so crowded we got an uber back to the hotel. Costly but money well spent!"
"Communication with the hotel was excellent. Always responded promptly. On arrival we were adviced to get the ferry from the Salerno station as an alternative to their private transfers. It was really easy to book and travel on the ferry, just ensure you have atleast 20 minutes between arriving to Salerno and the ferry departure timing. Staff at the hotel are very helpful. I want to especially give a shout out to Rebecca at reception, and Nicholas in the restaurant and also the shuttle drivers. We really loved the hotel but only had 2 nights there so did not use the swimming pool. It did look lovely but we never had time to swim. The breakfast had a good spread."
"The hotel and amenities were amazing, food and drinks delicious, the location is perfect and the staff could not have been more professional, helpful and kind. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s fabulous!"
"Like: Very helpful staff, family-friendly, Great location, family suite was spotless and updated
Could use improvement:
- Suite with terrace we stayed in 1st 5 nights: A/C did not work, Pillows were too flat very hard to sleep on"
