"The side chair in the room was dirty and stained. The lamp shade was cracked and ripped. The room was advertised as having a small refrigerator and a microwave, which led me to choose this room, but upon arrival, I found out it did not. The room faced the expressway and was noisy."

"The airport shuttle was wonderful. We had a quick overnight stay. Unfortunately housekeeping woke us up by knocking and opening the door at 8:15. With our time change that was 5:15am and we were NOT ready to wake up. When I shared my frustration with the front desk I felt dismissed. Bummer."
