"The ad I saw said it had a restaurant.. no it does not it has a "grab n go" counter store which is VERY PRICEY 3 donuts and a choc milk $26.00. Check in staff are not very personable, water was not provided at check in was told to come back later and when I did they wanted to charge me for it. 3 people checked in for the double bed room but it was only set up for 2. 3rd person had no towels no cups."
"The stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Staff were rude, and I was charged a $65 nightly parking fee and a $75 security deposit that were not clearly disclosed in advance. Those kinds of charges should be made obvious before or during check-in, not discovered afterward on your card.
The condition of the property was also unacceptable. Cigarette waste was scattered all over the front entrance after the ash disposal container had overflowed. Instead of properly cleaning it, staff appeared to just pour water over the tile, leaving behind a dirty yellow-brown mess that looked unsanitary and created a slipping hazard.
There were fireworks going off throughout the night that sounded like gunshots. As a military member who suffers from PTSD, this was extremely distressing. When I informed staff, they acted as if I was making it up or overreacting rather than showing any concern.
I also contacted the general manager and never received a response. The room itself was poorly arranged. To use the coffee maker in the morning, I had to unplug the TV because there were no open outlets. I was also placed in an accessible room without any explanation, and the shower head was set unusually low, which made using the shower uncomfortable.
Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. Between the lack of professionalism, poor property conditions, surprise charges, and dismissive staff response, I would not recommend this hotel "
"Breakfast is over priced for simple breakfast that is served cold. No microwaves in rooms was an inconvenience for guest having to go down to LL. The pool area was dirty. "
"The hotel has a great location and its amenities makes it stand out from the rest. The housekeeping is top notch. They are very friendly and give you what you need.
When I arrived the lamp was flickering and the carpet could use a good clean. There isn’t a long mirror that I think would make everything better so that you can see yourself. The mirror in the bathroom is hard to use because the door doesn’t open wide enough so it’s a bit awkward when trying to get ready. Other than that great experience! Friendly staff!
