The problem I had was since I went through Expedia to make reservations we had a set price per night and we decided one more night and the manager at the front desk would not give us the same price, so I called Expedia and they would not either so I had to pay also double for one night ."

"It is right next to a river, and a very 1/3 mile walk uphill to downtown Anchorage and trolley tours. Glad we didn’t pick other hotels not near the downtown."
