The girl at the front desk said that normally the person on the reservation had to call if a different person was checking I. But she’d let it go that time . That is not supposed to happen and is very dangerous . Then she sent us to a room that was dirty , the fridge was not plugged in and it smelled awful . It took her ten minutes to get us a new room . It’s very dirty and while I understand that it’s spring , the outside is gross with the outside furniture stacked by a shed like garbage ."
