I was given the penthouse upon check-in. The view of absolutely fabulous. The check-in process was smooth and I was given the room early. The suite is very clean and complete, pleasantly surprised to find a washer and dryer within the room.

My wife and I enjoyed two incredible nights here. Check in was incredibly smooth and fast. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Location allowed us to travel to the city center for shopping and to Southbank on foot.
