"Nice hotel. Room on the 19th floor. Nice bed. Outside staff was very helpful with parking. We did not want to valet park as we have a brand new car. Told us how we can self park next door. (much cheaper) "

"Bellhops were extremely professional, helpful, fun and courteous. The Rooftop & main bar (female) bartenders were tireless, friendly, outgoing, and on top of their profession! Check-in went fairly smooth: we arrived early & as expected, our room wasn’t ready. We were offered a better room with immediate occupancy for $100 more a night. We declined. Friends that had also booked at the time we did, accepted an “upgrade” at a $75 more a night offer. Their room was no different from ours, yet they paid a great deal more to have immediate occupancy. So, perhaps, “buyer beware?” During our 6 day stay, I heard the same “upgrade” offer (made repeatedly to several guests). Maybe the upgrades were truly upgrades, but not so with our friends. The “push” Made me question Hilton’s professionalism. "
