"I don’t think there is anything to complain about! The staff was amazing, the rooms beyond clean, the rooms are super neat in shape also! Love the location, was able to walk to anything. Super clean neighborhood and overl excellent experience! Will be back for sure!"

"Staff shortage was unable to curtail all manner of people coming in off the streets and be loud and disruptive. No amenities to speak of and only a portion of the property is in use. Staff seemed overwhelmed by the steady flow of loud street people and there's really nothing on-site other than a mediocre breakfast restaurant and a bar/room service. The lobby is gorgeous though and one can only wonder how vibrant and luxurious this hotel/convention center was in its heyday. Location is excellent and safety was not a concern."
