"Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely choose Citadines Sudirman Jakarta for my next city stay. 1 bed exec room was very spacious for my 13 nights, and good value. Serviced every day and cleaned to a very high standard. Amenities were good. Location walking distance from Lotte Mall very convenient. Most importantly, staff were extremely friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my stay."

"I was given a room that I could hear the traffic, so had problem trying to get to sleep. In the early morning (around 3 to 4 am), I was woken up by loud prayers. Had trouble getting back to bed. Went to Front Desk & request for a change to a quiet room, as I had to stay 4 nights. The staff managed to get me a quiet room. So no problem from the 2nd night onwards. Cynthia, the Manager gave me one free breakfast. Chef Juana & other staff in the Breakfast Room were so nice. They explained the local cuisine & tea, and I enjoyed my breakfast there. "

"We’ve travelled extensively. This is the best hotel from all places we stayed. From the concierge, reception, the room so clean and bed very comfortable. The gym is remarkably clean. Remarkable breakfast. All staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They all went all above and beyond. We highly recommended this place. We definitely back again. "
