"Check in was 4pm. Arrived at 3:30. Was told 30 minutes to get adjacent rooms. Got 1st room at 6pm and 2nd riom at 7:30pm . Allowed to do late check out next day due to delay in rooms. Went for breakfast and at 11am , room keys were already deactivated. As a courtesy, was told resort fee for both rooms would be waived. At Checkout, asked for receipt to see charges and proof that resort fee was waived. Was told they dont t provide receipts and was told that if it doesnt go back to my card, to call back. Another inconvenience! Never again!"

"Club quarters is my favorite place to say while, I'm in visting philadelphia. It's the perfect location, plenty of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Whenever, I'm in philadelphia, Club quarters is my go to hotel."

"Came in the middle of a football conference and it was the worst. My family and I were so uncomfortable, children were banging on our doors and running and security seemed to not really care when I told them. The worst stay I had at this place."
