"The rooms were very clean, the property could do better had a clogged toilet but they manage to assist quick to fix the problem. Overall the property was clean and everything like the pool,gym,activitie area was in one spot."

"some men ,not staying in the hotel,are walking near property. there NEEDS to be MORE SECURITY @ the main entrance; especially during morning breakfast . any homeless,non hamtpon guest can easily walk right in. please have entrance secure. please have more security @ all entrances…especially front check in doors."

"Erin was a great help when my rental care broke down. The dining staff were rude after I asked them to remove the 15% service charge as she just added it without asking. Then she told the rest of the dining staff who all stared at me. "
