"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. They required pre-check in registration but I kept on having issue uploading our passport which is a bit annoying, until the day before check in I finally made it. Overall it...

"Everything about the hotel was amazing. The service from the hotel is great. The only bad stuff i could say is that the bed gave me some serious lower back pain as it was very stiff but i think thats how the futtons are. Also the information given in the room was saying that we could get a 6pm checkout but the staff didn’t seem to know about this policy. I eventually couldn’t get it which was a problem but we managed to kill sometime on the mall. The staff is amazing there are no complaints whatsoever absolutely recommend."

"This place is usable. Bed is comfy although only 2 small pillows on a double bed, but room size is large for an Asian hotel, which is nice. Biggest criticism is this hotel is fairly busy and 10 floors and has the 2 slowest elevators I’ve ever been on. And don’t bother trying the stairs because all the doors are dead bolted closed, so hopefully the rooftop pool has enough water to put out any fires or you’re going to be having a rough time."

"Excellent hotel. Very clean, smells wonderful, and is in a wonderful location. You have the Don Quixote across the street and the food market, and there is so much near the area. The room was beautiful, spacious. Nice bathroom, and the price was good, especially seeing as I was able to get it almost at the last minute. I definitely would stay here again! You won’t regret it."

"The hotel was central and easy to find with our car rental. Japanese hospitality has been top notch at every hotel and this was no exception. We were met at our car, escorted to check in and up to our room. We were later than expected and looking for a quick snack ending up at the 18th floor lounge. We were surprise by the 550Y “cover charge” to go in. Other than that we were very happy with this beautiful, central hotel!"
