"The hotel is really fantastic, rooms are excellent (stayed in the private villa), location just by the beach, quiet and the staff is really lovely. The breakfast is great, if you’re thinking of having it then book it at check in which is a little cheaper; but still is great value. "

"Experience was great from the moment we exited our airport transfer. Check-in process was good, the welcome drink was refreshing and perfect for a hot day, and their cookies at the reception was delicious. The room was clean, spacious and welcoming. They provided us with a bag that was really useful for bringing to the pool or beach. Service from the housekeeping team was prompt and easy, all requests can be made via their app. There were more than enough loungers by the pool and they have floats available for lounging in the pool as well. "

"Hotel was beautiful and the view of the ocean is amazing. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming during our stay. Location nice to be away from the main strips but close enough it only took a short taxi to get there."

"Very friendly staff and the most amazing view. I love the location. Not too close to downtown Patong and not too far. The hotel property is beautiful. My room has kept very clean and the balcony view is amazing. The only con is that there is not enough outlets for everything I have to charge."
