"Absolute Nightmare – Left After One Night, No Refund This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room was unbearably noisy with zero soundproofing, and it was full of mosquitoes—I woke up covered in bites. The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was cold, stale, and barely edible. We had booked 4 nights but checked out after just 1 because we couldn’t take it anymore—and they refused to give any refund. Summary: Noisy rooms, mosquito infestation, rude staff, terrible food, and no refund policy. Avoid at all costs."

"Staff were friendly. Hotel was Modern. Room was cleaned daily. Towels, water bottles, soap, bath robes etc were stocked daily. Cleaniless top notch. Food top notch. Mobile order for room service and pool bar was efficient and convenient. Room service was quick, fresh and delicious. Delivered at impressive speed. Variety of buffet options daily. Lots of chairs at pool and beach. A la carte was awesome. We enjoyed the Starbucks and sweet spot. Recommend "

"The staff are exceptionally helpful and welcoming, creating a truly pleasant experience throughout my stay. The breakfast is outstanding easily a 10/10. Although I didn’t have the chance to try lunch or dinner, feedback from friends suggests the meals are just as excellent. The location is perfect, adding even more convenience and appeal. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket for a vacation."

"Location: Excellent, exclusive location but still close to Patong Beach. Staff: Simply amazing staff; all of them were helpful and treated guests with utmost care, would return only for the staff quality Rooms: Overall good but showing some signs of wear & tear. Due for an overhaul. But still 8/10 Cleanliness: V good Food: V good, breakfast is 9/10 SPA: over priced; >2x of Luxury SPAs in neighborhood Beach: Exclusive, clean beach, its perfect Overall: Would go again without doubt"
