Once we got settled into our room, it was fine. But we didn't realize that this is an extended stay facility with limited customer service. This place is very efficiently run. The rooms are clean and spacious. The check-in process is easy and I used the gym. The staff are very friendly.

Felt like an apartment all the way down to the kids running back and forth upstairs lol it was comfy but it was my first get away without kids so i was looking for more peace. Overall it was a good experience and i will probably stay there again.
