"This property was a bit dated but that kind of added to the charm. Service and extras were great. It would be a great hotel for families with younger children. Prices for dinner were extremely reasonable and the food was great but it did that a little extra time for them to run food from the restaurant to the bar."

I was actually trying to check in an hour or so early, and these two were coming off a completely sold out night before, I believe that they were a person short too, but they always kept me informed, even as I was continuously reminding them that I was in absolutely no hurry and could definitely tell they were the ones who were the most aggravated that things weren't going as fast as they wanted for my benefit! Outstanding service, extremely professional, extremely proficient and couldn't have been more gracious,, I go from Florida to Montana, at least once and sometimes twice a year, and 75% of the time, I'll stay in Cheyenne. Well I've just found a favorite! And make no mistake, it's solely because of your staff. Mike L"
