Hotels with Hot Tubs in Southeastern Kansas

"I requested a cancellation (paying for refundable,in case I got delayed) after arriving to the motel there wasn't anywhere to park the vehicle with trailer attached. Holiday inn Express was booked, luckily the Days inn had a room . I never checked in . Once I submitted cancellation upon arrival expedia reply was it was after check-in time. So you let me book the room, offer refundable,never check in , dishonored your refund and make me submit a claim. UNACCEPTABLE!!
