"The hotel is very clean and the fireplace rooms is spacious and worth the extra fee in the winter for the coziness. Pay for the Mountain View or you will be facing into an entire floor of other people’s rooms. A big thank you to Ali at the front desk, he was courteous and handled our room change easier and promptly. His customer service is excellent. "

"Staff is amazing and accommodating, rooms are clean and perfect for a little getaway. Only downside is the pool area isn’t the greatest in Banff. If the pool were heated, I think it would be better, but otherwise absolutely love it here and we’ll be coming back for sure."
