"The property is beautiful, the cabins very well equipped for guest comfort, with fantastic views of the Andes Mountains and the river. The property managers, Maritza and Daniel, were always attentive to our needs; they were two excellent people. The only regrettable thing was that on the second day, there was a light snowstorm that caused a 24-hour power outage, so we had to find hotel accommodations, as the cabins don't have generator backup. "La propiedad es muy linda y bien equipada, si bien esta lejos del centro y se necesita auto paea moverse (esta dentro de un barrio cerrado). El check in y out fue sin contacto. Yo tenia muy mala señal y eso fue un problema para comunicarme porque no tenia las instrucciones del check in antes de llegar. Igual, todo muy bien. La vista hermosa!!!"

"Nuestra estadía fue perfecta! Alexis es un anfitrión top preocupado desde antes de nuestra llegada, nos permitió hacer el check-in más temprano, nos dio buenísimas recomendaciones de la zona y siempre estuvo disponible y pendiente de cualquier cosa que pudiéramos necesitar. "This was the 3rd property I stayed in the Pucón area. The room was closer to a hostel than an apart-hotel. It was adequate, and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked to prepare basic meals, but we needed to purchase our cleaning supplies. The bed was uncomfortable, and one could hear the neighbors in the hallways and adjacent balconies. The staff could have been more helpful (polite but not generally motivated to be helpful).
