"This is a great place to stay if you are considering Milan's city center. Great location just blocks from the Duomo. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Concierge gave us a GREAT recommendation for dining, breakfast serving staff were friendly, smiling, and helpful. And the breakfast was excellent, great variety and delicious. Our room was very clean and the walk-in shower was fantastic. I would stay again at this hotel."

"Young lady on the desk was absolutely amazing. Helped us plan a couple of days in Milan also offered to get us a breakfast To Go because we were leaving early on our second day. Hotel itself was lovely clean and the location to the Metro was good."

"We first got a room next to the elevators which was very noisy, i believe room no 310. The room was also very dark with a tiny window looking onto the next office building in close proximity. The staff agreed to give us another room but only the following day since we already used the bed to recover from get leg awoken by the noise. That was a bit ridiculous. Breakfast was good but not very well organized/replenished as it was busy. The staff also found it objectionable for us to have our breakfast in the garden although it was nice weather. At the end we managed but then dear fellow guests had to smoke their objectionable cigarettes next to us spoiling it all."
