"The room was clean with a spacious bathroom. Even the towels were big, the breakfast was more than sufficient. There werent a lot of shops that i visited bc i was there for a day to visit downtown Asheville. "

"Overall the experience was good. The breakfast bar that you pay $14.95 was more or less a standard inclusion at most hotels. I don't feel it was worth the money but just my opionion based on stays at many hotels where a similar offering is included with the room. "

" The entry door looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. The room was not very clean. The floors were dirty, especially the bathroom. Curtains wouldn't close completely so we had to deal with a bright sign shining in all night. Luckily we only had to stay one night."

"Wonderful location for the Biltmore. The town was easy to navigate and pretty. Our room was very clean. The breakfast area was tidy and food good. Sit around the pool during the day it was quite lovely. Would stay again."
