"Everything was clean. The staff was excellent. There needed to be more counter space in the bathroom. There was no place to put clothes for after the shower. The towel rack was too far away from the shower. There was no spatula in the kitchen. Everything else was perfect."

"This hotel has gone through a recent renovation. The old was a nostalgic old Western hotel. It has been modernized, new hot tubs, and great view of the Cimarrons at sunset! The staff was amazing. Stephanie was so kind after a long day of driving and fresh cookies. I will be back! "

"The staff was friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star. I loved that they had a shuttle that was available at the drop of a hat to take us anywhere in town or come pick us up anywhere as well. The room was beautiful, the bed super comfortable and the decor was !+ Colorado style."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Love the couch as sitting so often missing in motel rooms. For us, being near the breakfast room was great although it could be noisy at times. We loved the close proximity to the Durango and Silverton railroad and nearby restaurants. "
