"My stay at Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Reno - Sparks was unfortunately very disappointing. The noise level throughout the night was extremely disruptive, and the walls seemed very thin, making it difficult to get any rest. The bed was also very uncomfortable. The worst part of the experience happened around 4:30 AM when I was woken up by someone entering the building yelling and screaming while staff threatened to call the police. It created an unsafe and stressful environment and completely ruined the night’s sleep. Overall, the stay was far below expectations, and I would not choose to stay here again."

"We stayed in a room N2003 that was no smoking! When we finally found the room , as we walked in, I could tell that someone had been smoking!!! It stunk!!! I have stayed here many, many times but I have never stayed in this particular area and I never will again! My husband and I are Seniors and walking is hard at times, but when we finally found the room we have to walk down a flight of stairs with our luggage! I was not feeling good and the registration area was very far from our room otherwise I would have gone and changed the room! It was discusting and smelled of mold and smoke! We will be back to Peppermill in July and I will definitely get myself a better room than we had! NOT HAPPY!!!!!"

"There was so much to do, a great variety of restaurants, and the pool was the best. There was a separate area for adults, the infinity pool was heated, and there were 4 hot tubs. "

"Room service was not on demand, had to be scheduled a day in advance. Water had to be refilled by going down to floor 1. A general sense of hostility from the reception desk prevailed throughout the stay. More like a motel experience than a hotel."

"The room was Great! Clean. We only stayed one night but overall it was good. It would have been nice if there was body soap and we're able to connect to the wifi with only one device, our other devices could not connect after. It didn't really bother us since it was just a short stay. Communication can be improved. I would stay here again if in town."
