"The staff was very helpful from beginning till end. The location of the hotel is centralized, close to multiple train stations and to every main show from West End. The rooms need a little TLC. The housekeeping was amazing and always came back to our room made. Why I give them a lower rating on cleanliness is because of the status of the amenities. They just need some updating. "

"Property rooms were small but that was to be expected due to the location. This hotel was centrally located and you get easy access to the tube station. I would 100% stay here again. There were also supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Beds were very comfortable too. Only downside was very narrow hallways and very small elevator. "
