"Overall room was average, we upgraded so expected bigger and better. Some furnishings were broken and needed attention. Shower pressure was a trickle. Lobby was impressive, breakfast service very good. Location good for shops and Hyde park. Concierge staff were lovely and very attentive however reception staff a bit cold. However I would stay again as issues did not spoil our trip and only critic is an honest review."
