Pessimo rapporto qualità-prezzo
Unica cosa positiva è la location centrale e spazi ampi (eccetto il bagno).
Per il resto si tratta di un appartamento fatiscente e con un cattivo odore di fumo incrostato negli anni.
Ingresso del palazzo con odore di escrementi di gatto, bagno nella cucina piccolo e vecchio, con il lavandino dentro la doccia, tenda doccia e tappeti sporchi. Allego foto dello scarafaggio trovato in bagno. Per circa 200 euro al giorno è un pessimo affare.
