The apartment has a lot of good things going for it: Fantastic View Close to everything Supermarket (Studenac) is right behind the building Completely awesome property owner/manager, who is happy to help Great renovation in the apartment - stylish and high quality, including individual A/C for each room. A few things you might want to consider: It is 5th floor without elevator Night club is open until ~2am and some music does filter through, but otherwise the apartment is pretty quiet
