"The property is close to the city centre. The staff were approachable and helpful. The food and service was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The shower room was small and not so clean. But overall I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend it to others."

"Checking in was easy and the staff at the reception was welcoming and friendly. I was only surprised we had to pay a refundable deposit of £50, I’m not sure I saw that during booking. The room was in excellent condition and our son had his own little corner which he really loved. Breakfast was ok and we ordered an omelette which was very tasty. I’d rate our stay 8 out 10. "

The only downside is that I would have liked somewhere outside to sit as we had a single room apartment. My room smelt a bit of cheap fruity air freshener to disguise the smell of what must have been cigarette smoke. Everything else was perfect. "
