We are so sorry to hear that room was not ready in a timely manner. We offer valet at a low rate of 15 so that our guests are just steps from the lobby. Unfortunately that garage is managed by another company and we have no control of what they do. Housekeeping cleans all our rooms thoroughly and hold themselves to high standards. We will investigate the cleanliness and make sure everything is addressed.
