"Nice pool and hot tub. Breakfast was good. Only thing is if you don’t put the card on your door before 10:00 for cleaning your room they don’t come. "

"It was a nice room but it was supposed to be a non noise impacted room and we could hear all the loud traffic and the TV next door. That part sucked because we had to get up early and go to bed at 9 but we did put ear plugs in to sleep. I probably wouldn't stay here again. The room was nice though "

"What great stay at First Tracks, situated right by the Creekside Gondola, terrific amenities with the heated outdoor pool and hot tub not to mention the steam room. Great values for the money."

"I booked this hotel to save money, but it ended up costing me more than a slightly more expensive hotel in town, which was only about ten years newer, modern, and offered excellent service, spacious rooms, quality finishes, and a pool. My Bose headphones went missing during my stay. Staff were apologetic but delayed taking any action until it was too late and the camera footage was lost. The Director of Operations insisted my stay had been “enjoyable,” yet offered no compensation, adding to the frustration. I would never stay here again. It was quite run down and a case of being penny wise and headphone foolish."

"Overall a great experience especially while traveling with kids. The unit has everything you’d need. Makes it easy to make your own food, wash clothing and get around. Clean and very nice layout of the property. The pool areas were are clean and decent. Whistler is pricey overall but it think this is a great deal considering all the amenities and location :) would definitely recommend and stay again! "
