"A few km outside Jaffna. Friendly informative owner who we had informative conversations. The hotel offered Sri Lankan menu - which we didn’t use as we were out and about in Jaffna. A variety of people staying at hotel , both srilankans and Europeans. Rooms were spacious . Bathroom could have been better maintained , we were happy overall.
Would recommend if you are looking for a convenient interesting place to stay.

"The staff was extremely friendly, pleasant and more than willing to assist in any way they can. The breakfast buffet had a good spread of eastern and western dishes to choose from. Its located the heart of Jaffna town which makes it very convenient. "

"When booking through Expedia website, the details that were provided for the stay was Jaffna Heritage Hotel but confirmed details showed Jaffna Heritage Villa. Both managed by same owners and we thought we booked the hotel rather than the Villa. I had already raised this with Expedia but no response!! In future, I will use other booking platforms so that issues raised are resolved promptly. "
