"Great location in Newquay and was really impressed with the apartment upon arrival. However, the bed wasn’t comfortable at all and really creaky (only me staying for work). Also found it quite unsecure as the front door was constantly left wide open. "

"A lovely, quiet and private location. The pod is compact and well appointed, with a lovely modern feel. Very well presented and some lovely welcoming touches.
Communication was great from initial contact through to the welcome on arrival.
Parking is up the road but only a couple of minutes walk.
Highly recommended. "

"This is still a fantastic hotel, well run with excellent staff, who are always friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are extremely good and served in the dining room overlooking the sea. The superior rooms are very comfortable with everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Highly recommended."
"Beautiful lodges, very modern, very clean. Quiet and comfortable. The flow rider was amazing the kids loved it. Overall really great stay and would come back again"
"Excellent service, good location and single rooms which you rarely get as a lone traveller so end up paying for a double. A lovely, comfortable, seaside hotel. Would definitely stay again if ever in Penzance.

"The guy on reception was amazing he arrived us early at no extra cost. We didn't have a kettle or hairdryer in our room he got them right away. The hotel restaurant currently only serves breakfast but had a good choice at a reasonable price. Unfortunately we had many electrical problems with our room where the power kept cutting out which was quite inconvenient at times. Theres no window in the bathroom so my 4yr old was really scared when it suddenly went dark. We were told an electrician would look at it the next day at 11am but arrived at 4pm. He had moved our belongings from the bathroom and my daughters toothbrush cover had gone missing which was very bizarre as it had been attached to her toothbrush and was nowhere to be seen. When I tried to ask the electrician if he had seen it he was very rude and mainly ignored me. I asked the housekeeper who had not long arrived to clean our room and she was lovely but didn't speak very good English so didn't understand. I ended up telling the guy on reception that we couldn't find it as my daughter was upset it was missing. We went out and when arrived back he had brought her a brand new one. He also changed us rooms upgrading us to a seaview room. Theres Netflix but you have to sign in your own account to use it. Receptionist is available from 7am-11:59pm! "
