"10/10 definitely recommend! I was looking for something clean and simple just for one night and was so pleasantly surprised with the lush environment! The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the courtyard is absolutely gorgeous! I was excited to be able to use their beautiful pool and relax in such a beautiful environment. The room was very clean, the shower, elegant, and looked new and had perfect decor,for any Francophile. The hotel is located just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and I will definitely be back to stay explore the French Quarter a little more! If I had any criticism, it would be that the sheets are a little rough for sensitive skin, but it’s the most minor of criticisms. "

"Firstly i booked a King Size bed, when i got to room it was 2 queens, went back down to see about my room i booked. Was told yep ypu booked a King, then that was it no room available. The room was roght by the elevator so all we heard all night was the elevator going up and down. Staff was mostly kind. But id never stay again do to what i booked and bad room"
