The room was clean. The staff was good. The walls are paper thin. The people in the next room were playing loud video games most of the night. The boiler broke. No hot water to shower.

Wonderful experience overall and only steps from the beach. Beautiful sunrises and excellent views. Everyone should give this location a try!

Ocean-view St Augustine Studio w/ Pool Access!
Room was fairly clean. Floors were a bit sticky and there were hairs in the shower. Kitchenette was fully equipped but the hot plate needs l replacing because it only worked on high. The room was spacious but needs some work and repairs. Rust on bathroom light fixture. Hole in the drywall by windows. ...
