"We decided to wrap up 2025 by spending a couple nights in an actual real B&B on Saint Augustine Beach. This property fit the bill perfectly. Our room is clean, comfortable and quaint just steps from the dune walkover to reach beautiful, wide beach and the Atlantic Ocean. The made to order breakfasts each morning were filling and delicious, feeding us for a day of walking the beach or visiting Historic St. Augustine with its spectacularly illuminated decorations that were full on festive. We wish we could have stayed a few more nights"

"The rooms are spacious and convenient. The beach and gardens are beautiful. They offer free breakfast delivered to your room each day at your chosen time. There is also a free bus that hooks up with the trolley system downtown. I could not recommend this place enough. We loved it!"

"Room was relatively clean, there were some things that were definitely missed, but overall was good. One of the nicest hotel rooms we’ve stayed in. Our room wasn’t ready at check in time and cleaning staff was still working which may have been a rushed cleaning job and that’s why things were potentially missed. The location was perfect for our family and we’re already planning our next trip back. "
