"Room was clean. I booked a river side room and was put in a cityside, when I reminded them they changed it. View was breathe taking. 😀 Had to pay for parking which I had never had to do before 😞 should be included with your stay? Then I was under the understanding that buffet breakfast was included and was brought a bill for $42, for some scrambled eggs, bacon and yogurt for me and a yogurt, bacon a piece of sausage for my grandaughter? $42 ???? Location and view is not worth that, sorry."

"Overall our short stay was excellent. Staff were pleasant and helpful and check in was a breeze. A couple of items could use a little maintenance: the toilet seat in room 214 is loose and precarious, and I found the air conditioner to be somewhat noisy. All in all, though, we were quite happy and comfortable. Breakfast surpassed all expectations!"

"Beautiful new hotel and great amenities, very convenient for Mayo patients. Unfortunately, staff is not vacuuming hallways (not once in a m-f stay), and the landscaping is not being maintained to a good standard. All shrubbery and trees need to have dried/dead limbs and branches removed. Dead shrubbery needs to be replaced, planters and beds need to be weeded. Again, not once in a m-f stay did I see any landscape maintenance or watering/sprinklers being performed. It’s a shame because the landscape architecture is a good one but, management and staff are not doing the Hilton name any justice. Maintenance and upkeep are not consistent with what we experienced with the Mayo grounds…"
