The Local - St. Augustine
Only stayed for one night, so don’t have a lot of input. Room is clean. There was some difficulties with the key and I didn’t have access to the main lobby but staff to do their best to clear that up quickly.

Budget Inn St. Augustine
My room #120 was smelly. The bathroom was terrible. Found a cockroach in the shower. The window was dirty. The shower curtain rod was all rusty. Also, the makeshift shelf was unstable. I hope the room will be renovated soon.
